XORA Terms of Service
Effective date: May 13, 2026. Legal review required before public launch.
XORA provides invite-based private messaging, account protection, safety controls, and optional subscription features. These terms describe baseline service rules and must be reviewed by counsel before production publication.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, passcodes, recovery phrases, and trusted devices secure.
- Do not share verification codes, passwords, private keys, mnemonic phrases, or recovery phrases with XORA support or any other person.
- You must not impersonate others, abuse invites, send spam, or use XORA to facilitate illegal, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or harmful activity.
On-device translation and AI model features
XORA may provide on-device translation features that process message text locally on your device. Unless a separate feature explicitly states otherwise and receives separate consent, XORA does not transmit message content to XORA servers for translation. Optional model packs may be subject to third-party model, runtime, and license terms.
Subscriptions and beta availability
Some features may require a paid plan, app-store entitlement, model-pack download, or device capability. During beta or pre-release operation, features may change, be rate-limited, or be unavailable while safety and compliance gates are completed.
Termination and deletion
XORA may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, the service, legal obligations, payment integrity, or abuse-prevention systems. Account deletion can be initiated in the app or through the public deletion page, subject to verification and the 14-day grace period described in the Account Deletion page.
Legal review pending
Governing law, dispute process, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, subscription terms, and region-specific consumer disclosures require final legal review before this page is treated as launch-ready.
